Afshin-Jam, Afshin

Nazanin was Miss World Canada 2003 and the first runner up in international Miss World competition the same year. She is a multi talented young lady, a women right activist as well as a popular artist. The following is a part of her bio in Wikipedia: Nazanin Afshin-Jam (Persian: نازنین افشین جم , born 1979 in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian-Canadian Singer, Songwriter, International Human Rights Activist, model, musician, actress and a former Miss World Canada, and Miss World 1st runner up. She immigrated to Canada with her family in 1981. Once, during one of her TV interviews said, "I think a lot of celebrities have become celebrities and then they use their fame to bring forth a cause, whereas in my mission, my miss world title, my singing and acting are the vehicles to promote my causes."

intellectual property, technology & Internet, a rare expertise and broad law field. She is a partner at Denver, Colorado

Hosseing Haghighi's  three daughters, from left: Yassamine 27, holding a master degree in law from university of Lyon France, a master degree in international law from University of Tour France, a master degree in English from UK, a master degree in International Business from Sorbonne Paris, and Ph.d. in international economic, law from BAR school of Paris. She graduated on 2007, now working for a law firm (Mayer Brown) in Paris. Sophie (soufi) 24 year old; on 6th year of school of Medicine, in Gronoble France with three more years to go and Sarah 16 years old, last year of high school, who is thinking of going to school of commerce.

Like father, like son. Mostafa (Max) Khorramshahi, IR flight Engineer was with the company until 1974. After flying with Singapore and few other airlines he is now living in London, England. Dr. Moniri received a B.S. in biological sciences from Georgia State University and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Division of Medicinal Chemistry at the School of Pharmacy at UNC - Chapel Hill. Trained primarily in molecular pharmacology and medicinal chemistry, Dr. Moniri conducted his post-doctoral research at Duke University Medical Center. Nazemi, Ahmad

Sina Kevin Nazemi is MIT graduate in political science economics. During his years of study, Sina was always an outstanding student and Class of 2003 president.  At the age of 11 he interviewed president Clinton. On the left, the proud grandpa, Ahamad Shafii, with just part of his family. Daughter Niloufar, a Montessori College of Education graduate, son-in-law Marc Durand, a graduate of technical school of  hospital equipment design and maintenance and grand daughter Kimya. They are living east of France, near Swiss border. Nazi and Reza were not in France when this picture was taken.

On the right is son, Reza with his spouse. Reza has received his B.Sc. from University of British Columbia and an MBA from University of Ottawa.

He has done numerous critical and sensitive operation and has written a number of research papers in his medical specialty.  Guiv and Shiva"s other son, Babak, has followed dad's career; he is a manager in Continental Airlines.
